Did you know...... - You will need to obtain a building permit PRIOR to beginning any work on your project. If you do the work yourself, or if a contractor is hired to do the work, the homeowner is ultimately responsible to the permit.
- Permits must be applied for in person.
- Depending on the scope of work, a permit can take anywhere from 1 day (express specific) to 4 months (full remodel or new build). A permit service can shorten this time considerably.
